What happens if my item does not arrive?
TRIdeals simply lists deals from lots of online retailers. You click through our site to the deals and order direct with the retailer. We do not sell any products ourselves.

Do you only add deals from certain sites?
We will list deals from any UK based site online as long as it is a bargain! We are not tied to listing deals from one particular site, thus ensuring all our deals are genuine. Our clever deal finding software checks to see if the deal exists daily and removes it when it’s either sold out or the price increases.

Do all the deals you list include P&P?
We do not check all the deals if they include postage and therefore we recommend you check whether P&P is included, when you click through to the retailer’s site where the deal is and add it to your basket. Most retailers often include P&P in their headline prices. Some heavier items such as bikes may incur surcharges. Always check this before you order.

Do you sell any products on TRIdeals?
Simply contact the retailer you bought the item from and discuss your options. Remember, TRIdeals do not sell any of the products, we just list where you can buy the deals from.
